Located in the beautiful Birmingham Community in the City of Milton, Birmingham Falls Elementary sits on forty-six, tree-lined acres. It is the first school built since Milton became it’s own city. Upon opening, it helped to relieve the over-crowding of several other area elementary schools.

Located in the historic Crabapple community in the northwestern corner of Fulton County, Northwestern Middle School (NMS) was established in 1996. The school serves sixth, seventh and eighth grades who live in the communities of Roswell, Alpharetta, and Milton. The school was designed for a capacity of 1325 and it opened with 1282 students. Northwestern, now in its fourteenth year of operation, had a student body of approximately 1240 in August 2010.
