Our community does not use an outside management agency.  The COA officers and other volunteers will carry out all neighborhood maintenance and upkeep obligations required by the Covenants and By-Laws.

Closing Letter Assistance

If you are a lender or real estate agent looking for a closing letter or other documents related to buying, selling or re-financing a home in Valmont, please email hoa@valmontofmilton.com with your request.

The fee to process a closing letter is $100.

There is an additional fee of $100 to process a closing letter in less than 3 business days.
